The Curriculum
Opportunities to raise awareness of pupils’ right to have their voice heard and to participate in decision-making are specifically provided through the Active Citizenship element of the Personal and Social Education (PSE) Curriculum in Wales.
In some schools, pupils are increasingly involved in expressing their views about curriculum choices, and this can have a positive impact on pupil motivation and engagement.
