Llangyfelach Primary School: Co-constructing the ICT Curriculum

Whilst reviewing our ICT policy I asked pupils about their vision for ICT at our School and then to reflect these as aims. This was done in every class from nursery to Year 6. The vision and aims were then drafted in child speak and given back to the children to discuss. Some important changes were made during this collaboration period.

The whole process enabled children to feel valued and gave them ownership of ICT at Llangyfelach. The vision is now firmly shared by the whole school community.
