Looked-after Children and Young People have their say in Carmarthenshire

Looked-after children and young people in Carmarthenshire have come together to produce training materials for foster carers, social workers and teachers. They produced two PowerPoint presentations with backing music. The first - KICCIT! - is a charter for looked-after young people to raise awareness of their rights. The second - 'Ideal World' - describes what things are important to looked-after young people and what their ideal world would look like. The young people are also working on a presentation about their 'ideal teacher.' Watch this space!
